A general-purpose booking system does not know that a lipoma excision takes a different amount of time than a hernia repair follow-up, or that a wound needs a series of dressing changes at exact intervals. Bonboneo does, and every one of those situations has a specific feature behind it.

A calendar that holds all day
After surgery there is a dressing change on day three, suture removal on day ten and a check-up after a month. You schedule the whole series at once, the system invites the patient on the right day and the nurse does not have to keep an eye on any list.
