Bonboneo Expands from Healthcare Clinics into the World of Tech Startups
Bonboneo was selected among the top 10 startups for the 2026 Seed Starter by Slovenská sporiteľňa bootcamp, as well as for the Inovia Forge startup program run by the INOVIA Innovation Center in Žilina. In the first half of this year, we have therefore expanded beyond the world of clinics and outpatient practices and entered the broader community of technology innovators.
Not long ago, we evolved from Vcakarni.sk, a simple appointment-booking system, into Bonboneo — a comprehensive AI-first platform designed for private medical practices and outpatient clinics.
In line with this transformation and our ambition to continue growing, we have also joined a new generation of promising Slovak startups that see digitalization not merely as a buzzword, but as an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the world around us.
What did we gain from the Seed Starter Bootcamp and the Inovia Forge Accelerator?
Inovia Forge Spring Cohort: A Step Toward Investment
As we continue accelerating product development and preparing for an investment round planned for 2027, participation in the Spring 2026 edition of Inovia Forge significantly strengthened our growth strategy.
This three-month program for selected Slovak startups, organized by the INOVIA Innovation Center in Žilina, gave us access to experienced mentors, structured feedback, and a valuable network of investors that is difficult to find elsewhere in the Slovak startup ecosystem.
The goal of the program was to help promising startups move from the early stages of development toward investment readiness. We are grateful to have been part of this journey and are proud that Bonboneo now has strong support within the innovation ecosystem of Žilina as well.
Supporting Startups at the Seed Starter Bootcamp
Two days packed with key startup-growth topics, candid feedback, pitch refinement sessions, and discussions with investors and representatives of Slovenská sporiteľňa.
That was the essence of the Seed Starter by Slovenská sporiteľňa Bootcamp, where we joined other promising startups such as Larinta, Nexana, Solarbox, Linksta, and Dropie.
While we are accustomed to presenting Bonboneo to healthcare professionals, standing in front of Slovenská sporiteľňa CEO Michaela Bauer and mentors from Unicorn Attacks and Taylor Wessing Slovakia was a new and exceptionally valuable experience.
We would like to thank everyone involved for two inspiring days of learning and feedback. We highly recommend the Seed Starter bootcamp to other founders and startup teams looking to accelerate their growth.
